As Formation PR & Brand’s longest-tenured team member, Rachel serves as the operational backbone of the agency. She acts as a central hub for clients and staff, bringing expertise in business development, human resources, finance, budgeting and facilities management.
Rachel earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and began her career in marketing with a focus on tradeshows and events. For more than a decade at Formation, she has helped shape a mission-driven agency dedicated to making an impact for clients and communities. Her steady leadership ensures Formation PR & Brand runs smoothly and effectively.
When Rachel isn’t wrangling budgets and proposals, she enjoys cooking, exercising, reading and watching Bravo (she’s a reality TV junkie).
